AUDMA by HI-TECH SOLUTION s.r.l. guarantees their products against defects in materials or workmanship, as follows:

• Amplifier AUDMA MAESTRO HPA1 – 2 years, applicable worldwide.

• Remote Control AUDMA – 2 years, applicable worldwide.

• Accessories – 2 years, applicable worldwide.

 

During this period, will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. After the warranty period expires, you are responsible for the repair or replacement of the product.

 

This warranty does not cover other related costs and is independent of the seller's warranty policy, depending on the country.

 

For the warranty to apply, you need to be registered at the voice: WARRANTY REGISTRATION.

 

This warranty COVERS products sold in the condition in which they are delivered in the ORIGINAL box.

 

This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic damage, acts of God, normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, commercial use any modifications to the product, improper use, or improper connection.

 

Additionally, it doesn't cover purchases from an unauthorized dealer or attempted repair by anyone other than AUDMA or another authorized person or unit.

 

This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a product that it was used with, such as battery leaks or electrical fault of a connecting product.

 

The warranty does not include and does not cover faults and/or damages resulting from: environmental conditions that are not compliant or do not correspond to those indicated in paragraph 4.4 of the manual, lack of connection to the ground line of the electrical system in the installation room or faulty operation, incorrect cleaning operations (such as the use of unsuitable and/or corrosive products, etc.).

 

The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify this product/model in any part or function, at any time and without prior notice or notification.

 

In some countries, other restrictions on warranty policies may apply.
